I got a QP of this strain from the '02 Mendocino outdoor harvest, continuing to linger in my memory. It reeked, and tasted, of Honey Dew melons, not an ambiguous fruity sweetness found in many hybrids, but the smell of honey dew melons to a "T". Supposedly its an Humboldt outdoor IBL, and is A.K.A "Monkey's Paw"

Anyone have any info on the genetics, availbility, associated history etc. of this Nor Cali variety?

oddly enough, Monkey Paw is a cut that appears from time to time in Detroit..I'm all but sure it originated in Mendo, and had some Nepalese in her lineage..??
