I have been getting some mild headaches off and on, on a daily basis, for the past couple of weeks following my flu. Same thing going on with my roommate. the headaches are very mild. Anyone else experience this?

Be sure you are hydrating enough every day.  If not, you may still be dehydrated from your bout with the flu.

Hydrating is always good. Make sure to take a good multivitamin. Vitamins C, D and E are all really important while sick and in the aftermath. Fresh citrus fruit, green tea, lots of garlic and as much pepper (fresh is always better than dried, but whatever works for ya')  as you can handle. Will all help to mop up any nasty little microbes that might be hanging around and capitalizing on the hit your immune system just took from the flu.
