Community Guidelines

This document contains the terms and conditions that govern the use of  WeedTRACKER.com (the "Website"), owned and operated by Dogpatch Media, LLC, a California limited liability company (hereafter referred to sometimes as "Dogpatch", "WeedTracker", "we" or "us"). The terms "You", "you" or "your" refer to you, the user. In order to make your experience a positive one, we need you to take a few minutes and review our Community Guidelines & Rules (the "Rules").

By using any feature of the Website, you agree to be bound and hereby do accept all the Rules. Registration for forum users is free; however, all users must meet the following requirements:
  • All users must be 18 years of age or older

  • All user accounts must register with a unique and valid email address

  • Registration from encrypted sources, anonymous re-mailers, or proxy servers is prohibited.

  • Registration from and/or use of a TOR program or anonymous server is prohibited

  • Registration of username may not include any email addresses or websites

  • Registration is limited to one account per patient
If you do not meet these requirements, please leave now.
General Site Rules:
  • No Disclosure of Personal Information: Names, Ages, Addresses, Phone Numbers, Descriptions, Photographs, etc.

  • No Flaming, threatning, attacking, abusing, harassing, sexist, racist, excessive use of foul language and/or obscene content or statements of implication that a user is a member of law enforcement or any other derogatory post directed at other users or businesses via forum post, blog post, private message, profile comment, status update/message or other means of communication available on the website will be tollerated. Users caught doing these things may lose access to the site or its features temporarially or pemanently.

  • No Discussion of any illegal activity.

  • No discussion or postings of sites similar to WeedTRACKER or sites that provide similar services.

  • No discussion of the business practices of Dogpatch Media, LLC. or the Website

  • Failure to comply with a Moderator or Administrator's request within a reasonble period of time  hours may result in a loss of access to the site or features.

  • Employees or Volunteers may not review products or services of the dispensary, collective or co-op they are employed by.

  • Product vendors may not review their own or any other products or services at dispensaries, collectives or co-ops that they sell products to.

  • One  Quick-Review rating and comment is allowed per patient per dispensary, collectives or co-op

  • All vendors must declare their vending status by selecting "Yes" in the vendor profile field.

  • All dispensary, collectives or co-op users must have "I volunteer for ___", or "I am affiliated with ____", in their signature.

  • If you have more than one dispensary, collectives or co-op, you must have a unique user name for each dispensary, collectives or co-op.

  • No unsolicited advertisements sent to patients - including but not limited to forum messages, Status Updates and Comments, private messages, Reputation Comments, Blog Entries, and profile comments.

  • All employees or volunteers must declare their employment status by selecting "Yes" in the appropriate profile field.

  • All dispensary, collectives or co-ops must register their username and volunteer usernames with the Website within  days of signing up, failure to do so may result in your account being suspended or banned.

  • No selling of Cannabis or any kind: Clones, Flowers, Seeds, Concentrates, Edibles, etc., or anything else containing cannabis.

  • No public selling of, or offering to sell your harvest in any forum post, blog post, private message, profile comment, status update/message or other means of communication available on the website.

  • No posting of trademarked or copyrighted material without the owners permission. If you post trademarked or copyrighted material without the owners permission we may remove it without giving you notice.

  • Vendors are not allowed to advertise, spam, or solicit their products through posts/pm's, status updates or on their profiles.

  • No Posts that theorize why any dispensary, collectives or co-op was raided, or suggest that a dispensary, collectives or co-op deserves or deserved to be raided or suggest that a dispensary, collectives or co-op deserves to be shut down..

  • No Public contempt for the Rules and Staff or Questioning Board Rules or Moderators Decisions in public. You can always dispute a problem privately.

  • No reposting of private or system messages in public forums

  • No advocating or referencing one dispensary, collectives or co-op in another dispensary, collective or co-op's forum.

  • Discussions or reviews of dispensaries, collectives or co-ops who do not have their own forum on WeedTRACKER is allowed only in specified dedicated locations.

  • No postings of menus for a dispensary, collective or co-op unless you are a declared representative.

  • No advocating or mentioning one club in another club's forums.

  • Employees or volunteers may only use their dispensary, collective or co-ops dedicated forums to discuss and announce their location and product availability.

  • Employees or volunteer are not allowed to advertise, spam, or solicit their products through posts/pm's, status updates or on their profiles.

  • No 'hot or not' type posts regarding employees or volunteers.

  • You may discuss the growing of medical cannabis only within specified dedicated forums.

  • Vendors may only use the dedicated vendors forums to discuss and announce their products' location and availability.

  • Discussion of making concentrates is allowed- but limited to canna-butter, water hash and other non-chemical extration methods.

  • No photos, images, or any graphics related to collective advertisements.

  • No nudity in photos.
Chat Specific Rules:

  • No Specific Collective or Dispensary Discussions and No Solicitation for Vendors or Products.
  • No Spamming Your Site or Recruiting members to your site or any other sites.
  • No Spamming with Emoticons or other graphics.
  • No Trolling.
  • No Bullying or Harassment.
  • 1st violation = warning, 2nd violation =  week ban from Chat, 3rd violation = Perma ban from Chat and possibly lose access to site.
